Polish Banks Hacked using Malware Planted on their own Government Site

Since the source of the malware infection is the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) -which is supposed to monitor the safety and security of Polish financial systems, you have to wonder if there is a similar vulnerability in other supervisory financial organizations?
