Poll: Obama 'worst president' since World War II

When it comes to polling, it is important to get an aggregate wiew from polls that span the spectrum of pollsters.

Are they truly worse, or is it just a care of the information age and 24 hour news cycle highlighting their every flaw? I generally rate Presidents differently. I rate them by how many times they violated the constitution. Since there is only one president in history who did not violate it (he was called the worst president until recent years) the list of others is quite long. That one President was James Buchanan.
