When I was into photographing, I used my zoom often while in Adak, Alaska. The surrounding volcanoes were fun to look at and capture on film.

I was stationed in Alaska in 1990 and had visited there a couple of times on some civilian assignments. I love Alaska. It would have been great if I had the lens with me. In 1990 I had no camera.
