Don't know why the writer put down shooting with one hand. Guess he never heard on Bullseye competition shooting. 50 and 25 yards, one handed. I shot in several Bullseye matches at Quantico.

I'm right there with you. What is wrong with shooting with one hand? Not every situation will have you with the ability to use two hands so you might want to practice with one hand only.
