This should have been done years ago, only since the current POTUS used it is it bad.

and there lies my issue with all of this, it's not a criticism of the power itself. It's because certain individuals don't like the person wielding it.

So, how does this fit into the War Powers Act 1973? Which already limits presidential was powers. Given the hate by the left, if we are under attack, can you imagine a quick response?
