"We do not venerate Mary in the same way that Roman Catholics do. We certainly do not worship Mary. We do not believe that Mary suffered with Christ under the cross or offered his sacrifice to God as some Catholics believe. Nor do we believe that Mary is a mediator between us and Christ. We do not pray to Mary or light candles to Mary, but we do honor her."
Mary is dead and can not hear your prayers. She is not co-Regent with Christ. We should focus on G-d the Father, Jesus and the Holy Spirit
I support your right to believe as you wish. But, when someone posts ideology, it is an invitation for review.
Peace.

Mark, what does your church believe about the "Communion of Saints"? You may contact me via messages or email if you wish to not add fuel to the fire of sectarian disagreements. WCF+

CPO Rob Ponce - IMO CPO, you posted on a subject you do not fully understand. Just like some here post on Islam. But, do not fully understand Muhammad and the religion/political system on submission.
My post is a more biblically sound understanding of Mary. Whom G-d the Father choose to use as a vessel to bring in the word made flesh.

CPT (Join to see) -The lectionary reading for All Saints gives us a vision of the faithful gathered in the life to come: “After this I looked, and there was a great multitude that no one could count, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, robed in white, with palm branches in their hands. They cried out in a loud voice, saying, “Salvation belongs to our God who is seated on the throne, and to the lamb!” (Revelation 7:9-10).
The Church has members that have past on. We will see them again and we are thankful for their examples in life. But, they can not see us, or hear our prayers, or do anything for us in Heaven. Our only hope is the blood of Christ. Who was murdered on a cross for the sins of mankind.
Works are only an example of our change. Works do nothing to earn Heaven. Otherwise, the word made flesh lied and everyone can boast.
Thank you for asking CPT.
