Here is part 1 of a rebuild on a VW Beetle Engine. Make no mistakes, while working in a VW engine may be a much simpler task than a normal engine, the tear down and rebuild is just as complex and requires just as much precision as any other rebuild. I have rebuilt several VW engines over the years and each rebuild is unique and finding the proper parts can be very difficult. Please enjoy this video.
