Proposed premium hikes rattle consumers paying their own way

I can quite understand why those people are upset.

I pay $75.00 per month for "no service cap, no annual cap, no lifetime cap, all inclusive, no preexisting condition ban, no deductible, no co-pay, medical insurance OUTSIDE of the VA in the world's 30th best (WHO ranking) health care system and I could be paying TEN TIMES that much (for health care insurance that had service caps, annual caps, lifetime caps, exclusions, deductibles, and co-pays, in the world's 37th best (WHO ranking) health care system.
