We are seeking a Public Health Program Evaluator for a full time, benefitted position in support of AFMRA - Air Force Medical Readiness Agency located in Falls Church, VA

Qualifications:
• PhD in public health, epidemiology, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of relevant experience in the past six (6) years.
• One (1) year of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD).
• Two (2) years of experience in regression analyses, reliability and validity analyses, Kappa coefficient measures of agreement, sensitivity analyses, and/or other methods of statistical analysis
• Current Certificate of Health Education Specialist (CHES
• Must be able to work independently, organize time and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Desired Qualifications:

• Six (6) months experience in policy making
• Working knowledge of the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluations' program evaluation standards, (utility, feasibility, propriety, accuracy, and accountability).
• Knowledge of, or familiarity with, the American Evaluation Associations' Guiding Principles for Evaluators.
