A very moving video, narrated by Terance Popp, who referred me to this group. The new Howell v Howell 2017 Decision should eventually bring down veteran suicide numbers. People are STILL fighting this in the U.S. Supreme Court, because the language in Rose V. Rose decision was ambiguous, and Howell is supposed to be upholding Rose to make it more clear, that no, you don't have the authority, as established in 1988, you can't waiver Indemnity Law. Chapter 61, Title 38, Social Security Disability, etc. cannot be used on calculation of Child Support and or Alimony. There are open documents in the U.S. Supreme Court Docket Nos. 17-5422 and 17-5423, being fought by a Veteran in Michigan.
