Putin plans elite guards for regions

Recently watched "Putin's REvenge" on PBS Frontline and got a wakeup call of what the Ruskies can do to us at will and how little the US can do to prevent such. The Ruskies made US look like complete bumbling fools incapable of defending ourselves from computer hacking or doing anything in return. The NSA and other gvt spooks were johnny on the spot to report the outrages, but did nothing to counter them except show 'concern'. POTUS continued to wring his hands in despair and worry while the Ruskies stomped all over our election process. Whether or not they influenced the outcome I doubt (they did not influence me at least), and we may never know, except the fodder will remain for a long time to be chewed on by political enemies of all colors and stripes and persuasions.
