Do applicants need to have DOT license, physical or experience? or will the company hire people w/o experience and train them to drive?

Capt Tom Brown Applicants need their CDL if they are in the NG or Reserves or transitioning drivers from the military we will use that experience. Other wise they need 1 year in the last 3 yrs. We get the physical done prior to Orientation. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to train them currently.
