Treason? By what official source? How does one get convicted for treason for misdemeanors? In uniform? Where? I don't see a uniform on him in the picture.

Yes, illegal trespassing is certainly something he needs to answer for, but so far I've seen nothing indicating he did anything more than the four misdemeanor violations (which have not been fully listed out). We also do not have any idea why he was there, as none of the reporting has indicated anything about his intentions. But you're going to automatically label him a traitor when there are zero convictions or confirmation that Jan 6 was even an attempted insurrection. You need to start charging Trump for the rent free life he's living up in your head. Word of advice... Until you know his whole story, I'd refrain from speculation.
