I'm paying attention and my investments are appreciated. Yes, I expect a correction, but what normally follows a correction?

It inevitably will see a correction but the market has been slow to show gains some say due to over regulation and tax uncertainties. I think big business is seeing at least the next four years to be a time to spend thier cash they have been sitting on for so long and investors are buying with that expectation in mind and that this administration is going to be good for business.

True. But in the world of finance, we can change how strong "gravity" is with things like regulations and tax codes. Trump is in the process of making gravity weaker, making the markets' ascents soar and the descents gentle.

It was deregulation which is what caused the market to fall in the first place. Started with Reagan, followed by Bill Clinton.
