Complacency. Just because we have been using or carrying guns most of our lives doesn't mean we can relax. Safety is always first no matter where your at. How many of us can say we have not had a dropped gun or accidental discharge?

I have a history with the 30cal. carbine and a few years ago, the market was swamped with replicas. I had to get one and the worst thing about it was it would slap shoot. That is to say when you pulled the trigger once, it would fire 2 or more rounds after releasing the trigger. I took it to a gunsmith right away and had the problem corrected even though I didn't plan on keeping the rifle.
