Another cluster of eagle deaths has occurred just a month after the last. Officials have determined the eagles did not die as the result of natural causes and are looking into the possibility the eagles were poisoned. The investigation is now "focused on human causes".
Investigators hope to learn what killed the bald eagles. Call [login to see] with tips. A reward of $30,000 is being offered for information leading to the person who caused the birds deaths.
"Anyone convicted of causing the death of the federally protected bald eagle could be fined as much as $100,000 and sentenced to up to a year in prison."

Eagles are sacred birds especially to Indigenous Americans! I can't understand why someone, if that is the case, is poisoning them. Hopefully we will figure it out soon.
