Re-opened Iraqi railway a sign of progress

This is about a year old but interesting. Iraq reopens railway line between Fallujah and Baghdad. Sure took them a long time but at least it is progress forwards.

I think Iraq will do fine and will be a normal country in another 25 years. They are moving really slow though but I see steady progress. They have their setbacks in some areas but not all. In my opinion this line should have been reopened 10 years ago but they had the ISIS issue that kept it closed.
