Let's not worry with can you or can't you shoulder a pistol with a brace.

Let's remove SBR's, SBS's, suppressor, and AOW's from the NFA. Hell, let's repeal the NFA altogether and actually be able to embrace our rights.

Makes too much sense though.

This is a can of worms decision. As a whole, the entire NFA needs to be reviewed and updated in clear and concise language using scientific and empirical evidence, not politics, to create common sense, understandable, and evenly enforced rules and regulations. We can only dream.

There has never been anything understandable about the NFA. It was nothing more than a way to initiate gun control in the only way it would pass congress in the 1930's...as a tax. It needs to be repealed and a separate law needs to be enacted for machine guns and destructive devices. It will never happen because of the worthless and lazy members of Congress that can't compromise on a single thing. The next best solution is your idea.
