It has been a couple of weeks since this initial post from COL Randall C., so I want to keep this guidance front and center as we continue moving forward into the heat of the campaign season.

Remember, lewd content is not allowed, even under the guise of political speech. That content will be removed, and the user will be warned. Further action will be taken for subsequent violations of RP guidelines.

Similarly, trolling and personal attacks are not allowed. That includes attacks to specific RP members and attacks aimed at larger groups of RP members based on their political leanings (e.g. libtards, MAGAheads, commies, traitors, Nazis, Dumbocrat, etc.). Those types of attacks are also against the RP discussion conduct guidelines. Criticizing the candidates and/or their policies is fair game, but when you start attacking supporters collectively as a group, many of whom are members within the RP community, that's when you are violating the RP guidelines on discussion conduct. Remember, attack the position, not the person (or groups of people).

We want RP to be an environment where people can articulate their perspectives in a more civil manner, even when we disagree.

Lastly, help us keep it civil on the boards. If you see activity that you think violates our discussion conduct guidelines, let us know and we will assess it (and take appropriate action).
