Report: Deal Reached on NDAA Funding

I can't wait until Congress actually works normal spending bills through committee. You know, way back when where we used to scrutinize bureaucracy and ask administrative officials to substantiate where money in their budget goes...
These continuing resolutions are a complete abdication of fudiciary responsibility.
This doesn't mean that money still won't get spent on nonsense, but at least they'll have to sit in front of a committee and squirm about it every year.
