I feel bad for this Vet. But he got bad legal advice. He screwed himself by pleading guilty. Unless returning the money seized was part of the plea deal, he has no legal footing.

Fire Koskinen! The fish rots from the dead down. All I can determine is that he has a copy of Trump's tax returns hostage unless he loses his job, then they will be revealed.

It’s not that complicated. IRS Director Koskinen era in charge during the time when the IRS was weaponized against conservative 403b organizations using Lois Lerner. He was super arrogant to Congress and lied during his testimony. When President Trump started cleaning house, he left this disputable character in place. Question is why? My tongue in cheek (humor) was he is threatening to disclose his tax returns. Since this is a big deal to the Dems, it was meant to jab them a little. If a post is made stating the limits on the responses, I will comply. There I go again, not a chance.
