While apartheid was brutal it wasn’t slavery or genocide as in China. Well the NBA and other sports franchises with woke people are not protesting China’s genocide and slavery. Companies like Nike have used slave labor and the “woke” sports teams still accept money from these companies and endorse their products. Then we have physical abuse at Chinese NBA camps. NBA officials monitoring the NBA camps in China were ignored when they complained to the NBA. Imagine supporting a free Hong Kong desired criticism.
