Report: VA staff left veteran's body in shower nine hours, tried to hide mistakes

Very sad and sisturbing news. No one let alone a veteran should be treated like this.

Both, unfortunately there is more accountability in the private sector...no one will lose their job at the VA over this.

I've seen the same problems in Nursing home that are understaffed. Don't make it right tho and the paperwork involved seemed to have been passed around so much that no one knows who should have called dispatch.
