Retired US Navy officer nabbed for alleged rape of niece

Quezon City Police District director Chief Superintendent Joselito Esquivel Jr. said the retired US Navy officer, who is a Filipino, and his niece went to a mall in Fairview to pick up party balloons. When told that they had to wait for the balloons to be prepared, the retired Navy officer brought his niece to an apartelle in Barangay Greater Lagro.
