Sadly, getting rid of it is not the problem. It's already getting rid of itself. What to do next is the problem and our members of Congress have already proven that they don't have a clue...

SGT David A. 'Cowboy' Groth - No. They're not dazed and confused. They have seats on boards and stock options with the very insurance companies making money hand over fist from o-care. This is why o-care will never truly be dismantled, gotten rid of, repealed. Oh they'll rename it and repackage it, wipe its ass and put a clean diaper on it, but this time next year, it'll still be here.

A quarter of the nation was without healthcare when oc was born. This number is correct as guaranteeing that many people in your payment pool would be tons-o-incentive for any insurance company to want to get onboard with oc. So prior to oc going away, its replacement will have to be in place. That in itself will cost money.

Even if Trump brings in money boys from his neighborhood to chair these new committees, what if Trump has a seat on one of the oc boards? Nothing wrong with that from an ethics point of view, but its going to stress his desire to move forward to kill it, right? Remember, Romneycare is Obamacare in all but name. So a ton of republicans are yelling for Obamacare to die, all the while, while having hands in the oc insurance cookie jar.

278 GOP Lawmakers Voted for Trump Tax Scam, But 0 Voted for Covid Relief

Part of the GOP's incapacity to respond to Biden's momentous redistribution was due to the Party's equally momentous distribution upward—its $1.9 trillion 2018 tax cut whose benefits went overwhelmingly to the top 20 percent. Despite promises of higher wages for everyone else, nothing trickled down.

Meanwhile, during the pandemic, America's 660 billionaires—major beneficiaries of the Trump tax cut—became $1.3 trillion wealthier, enough to give every American a $3,900 check and still be as rich as they were before the pandemic.

Why not work to fix what's wrong with the ACA so all U.S. citizens are covered? Do they hate POTUS Obama so much because he cares about the people & tried to make things better for the less fortunate? Smh...

Here we go again. The ACA Isn't the work of President Obama. He may have signed it, but he ran for the hills when the fighting got started and let Pelosi and Reid fight the battles. To answer your honest question, the ACA can't be fixed. It is fundamentally flawed. It was designed to fail after insuring that any semblance of a free market system was destroyed beyond repair leaving us no option but a single payer system
