We definitely have our own nutcases here at home, but we don't need somebody else's.

Which is why an immigration ban based on countries is worthless. Britain, Germany or France don't have people with terrorist leanings that could legally immigrate to USA under current ban?

interesting... This is another Lone wolf and There is Now to Ban them ... But if more assets were available to root them out and draw them in and arrest them Prior to Doing Damage...
The Problem there is too Much Emphasis being Payed to the "Refugees they cant get to the Radicalized bad Ones already here...

Can't help drawing a parallel to Vietnam (or any recent war for that matter) here. Politics involved so the whole thing gets mucked up. If we are going to control immigration to the point we exclude terrorists do it. Don't impose crazy bans from certain countries or groups such as refugees while allowing immigrants from other countries. Extreme vetting for everyone period gets the job done.

It cant be stopped, home grown terrorism is real. Their have been numerous reports of American and U.K citizens plotting against their homeland in support of ISIS

Exactly right and where serious focus should be aimed. Banning certain countries just politics that doesn't really keep us safe. Drop ban from any country, severely beef up vetting for everyone and focus on stopping internal terrorist plots; that will keep us safe.
