So far the smallest to have a net revenue is space X and that is only by creatively defining the terms. to have as revenue you need to launch into orbit none of the little guys have even made that first step and other than in very heavy lift, Space X might well simple price then out of the Market, Falcon 9 cost have gotten very very cheap
