First I would introduce them to Fight Club, and give them free two piece and coke. Once the night goes on, i'd introduce him to the female from hell. I doubt I'l have to worry about him again.
The only rule of Fight Club there are no rules and maybe we need to teach them that hard lesson.

Especially when Canada and the EU are afraid to confront china on the South China Sea and the USA is fickle on some issues

Canada's Prime Minister met with the Chinese over trade and scolds them over their lack of Democracy but says not one word-Nothing about the South China Sea. Possible Shift since Canada is sucking up to China. Prime Minister Trudeau is a good boxer but he wimped out here.

Canada is retiring its last Destroyer due to rust and no replacement for 6 years. Should we sell...

The Proud Canadian Navy is wearing out. They lost two supply ships recently (one to a fire and the other rusted through) and both had to be retired. Now their last Destroyer is also rusting out. Their Navy Brass says it will take 6 years for a replacement. The Canadians have not asked us for any help but they should. Canada does help NATO with patrols in the Black Sea. They need the ships that we have.
