Sounds like the plot to that DeVito film OPM. That only woks if you buy into a non-viable company, or have enough money to buy the company outright, and that would be a lot of cash to just flush by destroying the company. The Ruger brand might be lost but the weapons would continue when the original owners re-branded and went on with their business.

CW5 Jack Cardwell I believe in gun safety just like any responsible gun owner. I keep my guns unloaded when they are not being carried, keep my finger away from the trigger unless I am shooting, and keep an eye out for over reaching legislation designed to infringe on the U.S. Constitution. As for Ruger, I am not aware of any drop issues with their pistols, so safer guns yeah! Without sarcasm, I love the response. It was well done. It explains what, as shareholders, the company is responsible for providing a response too, and more importantly, where they have overstepped their bounds as shareholders.
