Russia has 'invincible' nuclear weapons

It seems that Putin is worried about his upcoming reelection and has to do something to build support. All politicians love using fear to stampede their constituents. We've seen it here often enough (think "Climate Change"). So America is cast in the role of boogeyman (and sadly, the previous Administration did much to help foster that image)
