I'm going to go ahead and say that I am deeply unconcerned.
The Russians seem to have made it their mission to announce tons of gee-whiz platforms and technology, only to have them either not work, fail spectacularly, or be too expensive to mass produce.
I think this is another one of those - a paper tiger for Pentagon planners to stress about that will never be operational.
