Russia, US Are In a Military Exoskeleton Race

Honestly, I think that soldiers in exoskeletons will be highly intimidating to civilian populations, but just another target to well-trained infantry. (Which opinion should give you a fairly accurate idea of what I believe is their intended purpose)
