Why comes to mind? A huge target that can only shoot Volkswagen's doesn't seem to make much sense in 2020.

Interesting development... PO1 William "Chip" Nagel .. good share on Russian naval capabilities. From what I remember this was one of the vessels that was stuck in the Mediterranean & had to get towed back to its home port several years back.
