They will not conventionally attack US territory, its ships, or bases. They absolutely will not use CBRN weapons either. The President has them totally confused as to what he is (or is not) willing to do. The President is also totally unpredictable in the same way as President Teddy Roosevelt but with a much greater ability to deliver a massive knock-out blow within minutes or less. The Russian Republic needs to associate with a better class of international player.
