Russian Billboard Features Trump and Putin

Perhaps in some parts of the world pictures of the US President and Putin with this message could be taken as a positive sign of hope for cooperation and world improvement between the two superpowers. Probably in the US it would be used as cynical anti-American or anti-Russian propaganda by people of any stripe acting under the guise of free speech.
