This reminded me of my favorite B-52 load out in Vietnam, external cluster bombs and internal 500lb bombs. Charlie would run right into all those little bomblets when running away from the 500lb'rs.

Even though it wasn't close when I was in Da Nang, Vietnam 52 strikes over 25 miles away caused the ground an buildings where I was to shake. I can't even imagine what it was like to be in the actual target area. I've had front row seats to air strikes from F4 Phantoms, A1Es etc. right in front of Me but never anything like a B52 and that isn't a complaint. lol
