Don't know what the problem is, on the DMZ Korea 1973, the CSM had two bus loads of prostitutes bused into the DMZ every night, and posted them at the Alpha & Bravo EM clubs. His prostitute just stayed with him in the Quonset hut all night.
You couldn't take the girls to the barracks, but you could lay them out on the snow at the back of the EM club, make sure you brought your field jacket so she could lay on it.
The prostitutes had to be out of the DMZ by 000hrs., and the next day at 0700hrs there was VD call to get your shots.
"TRUE", and you know, "I miss the Hostel Fire Zones", things were so simple then.

LT Brad McInnis - I know that doesn't happen any more, but maybe it should! Are we building a fighting Navy, or are we building a snowflake Navy? I personally think soldiers and sailors make poor diplomats, but treat them like the worriers they could be, and that are already there, this country will make great fighters for this nation! I am sure my success at becoming a CPO, with a follow on as a CWO, and with the skippers Fitrep statements that I was his best OOD Underway he has ever known and his best division officer was due to my upbringing from Boot camp all the way trough the ranks with old Navy supervision, training, and being an old Navy Roll model! Just MHO! Yes I am a dinosaur, and proud of it!

PO3 Bob McCord - Exactly Bob, and I think that is why you and I see eye to rye on so many comments. I wish you and I had been on Westpac together. It would have been good times. And when I was OOD U/W, You are the BMOW I would have loved to had!

GySgt John Olson - Its true its true! Remember it well in 1969, and stood in line at sick bay three days latter, but we did not care, we were young, single, and loaded with war zone money! And, .... because we were headed back to Yankee Station in the Gulf of Tonkin. Only to return and do it all over again.
