This Canadian editioral sounded like a safe needle exchange for druggies. Some areas allow use clean needle exchanges to mitigate the spread of AIDS. With oil, its not ok to have safe 'injection sites' for oil use by the addicting consumers of the western world. Its a double-standard for the ISIL-thinking environmentalists. So the gas they buy may be from Iran!

The problem is this, nobody looks to the long-term consequences of the policies currently in place. Reality, money sent to the middle-eastern oil kingdoms fund terrorism. Reality, the "Man-made Climate Change" hoax driving most of this is based on flawed computer models using incomplete or questionable data. Safe sites fir the marshalling of oil prior to transport (by pipeline) makes sense. Continuing to force transport of petroleum products by wheel/rail (except final distribution) is willfully stupid.
