Its been kind of fun watching all the local new stations broadcasting from home this evening. We're all set, but wife refuses to let someone else pick produce for her so get everything else delivered and make produce runs as needed.

Stay safe out there. Here in the great white north, we are up to 58 but no deaths yet. Helps being spread out. Biggest density of cases is the Bismarck Mandan area.

We went for a drive along “El Paseo”, the major luxury goods shopping area in Palm Desert, CA today. Parking spaces in a change from normal were plentiful.

Yep, no stores open for shopping equates to plenty of parking. Even Starbucks, always a gathering and people, (girl), watching place on El Paseo was closed!
People renting a nearby condo for March 2020 left after two weeks. No shopping, no golf, restricted use of the hiking trails disappoints everyone.
It was strange seeing banners and sign boards offering take-out in front of the restaurants.

Ya, they occasionally show shots of our empty beaches. Florida beaches empty in March is surreal.
