PO3 Jacob Jenkins It is an interesting infograph, but to illustrate the value of the certification, it would need to be contrasted against the average salary of a non certified individual in the same career field. In my workplace we do not use Cisco, so it would not really be a difference maker salary wise. Thank you for sharing.
I went and did a general search on the site you provided, and for a basic IT Support person (my people), this is what it showed.

PO3 Steven Sherrill your totally right Steven Cisco is not in every job but this is just a simple illustration of what having the right certifications can do. Doing an apprenticeship we wanted to focus on the certifications that would yield the greatest return on investment. Cisco certifications will maximize your opportunities and give the veteran the best chance at success in building a career in the IT industry. Like always love your feedback, you are very insightful and have a lot of experience to speak from!

And I liked this site because it was not a biased site it just simply stated the facts based on the study they ran. I urge people to dig and do their own research that site I posted has a lot of info, if you just look through it a little you will find your answers.
