Tom Lehrer - The old dope peddler
This one of the songs from the CD; Tom Lehrer In Concert.I did not find any much when I searched after it, so I though I might upload it, So here you go. Son...
Did anyone doubt that Sanders would get around to promising free stuff for veterans. He's going to spread the joy everywhere if elected President. Sanders put me in mind of another generous member of our communities

Let's be honest here. 1. This is coming from a politician who has never served(?), 2. If VA meant as much to the politicians as they say it does, it would've been "fixed" 60 years ago. 3. So anything that is said now, is just "lip service" to get us to feel a certain way about a certain candidate. Trump had a "fundraiser" for the vets and raised six million. Do you feel Trump really gives a damn about any of us? Where was his donations before the campaign? 4. While the Army has the E4 mafia, the VA has the same thing at the senior levels. They know the rules forwards and backwards. And they know them in Swahili, Spanish, Tagalog, or any language to ensure their best interests are protected. Note I said THEIR interests, not ours. It would take a combined effort from the President and congress to make change in the VA, but these senior level officials in these hospitals know some important folks too, and they can call in "favors" when they need to. Until we can rework federal work laws, make the union realize it's time for change, and actually implement that change in short order, ensuring those who remain just because you're still here doesn't mean you'll stay. No or bad performance, on the way out look at your replacement one door down.

Just more white wash from a politician looking to get votes in order to try and win a public office.
