A back-door C.Front/Trof moving Eastward today, with a few waves of rain with some of that inclusive of the Piedmont, with showers from the Coast towards the plains. With evening coming on, the coverage will diminish.
Remnants of the Depression Julia is drifting W now but expected to track to the N and NE. A trof moving into the Central Piedmont, basically picking up on moisture of Julia and increasing rainfall. Thanks for sharing my friend SSgt (Join to see) the link to the "most recent image of the United States, from NOAA geostationary (GOES) satellites. They are generated every 30 minutes using either the Visible, Infrared, Shortwave Infrared (4um), or the Water Vapor images into one larger composite image using GOES East and West Imagers."
