There are those might of just shot and asked questions later. But the women proved a point guns are not always answers.
I'm not saying this will always work by no means, he was talking right at the beginning and I think wanted to be talked out of it.

I agree and wish it were the case more often.
As to the woman proving a point, not really. No more than a few Chinese who surrendered on Nov 24 1950 proved that the Communist forces were ready to surrender. The events of Nov 25th showed otherwise.

What Ms. Hudgens did was heroic MSgt Michael Bischoff and she most probably saved some lives.
