Schumer telling Brett Kavanaugh he'll "pay the price" for Roe resurfaces

Lt Col Charlie Brown Schumer should face censure and expulsion for his actions

These comments were not made in the well of the Senate and he should have been held responsible for endangering the lives of Supreme Court Justices. I’m a just and lawful world he would have been.

I do believe he can be impeached. Not 100% clear on the rules of that process. I know POTUS and SCOTUS can be impeached. In fact, I have no idea if *anyone* is clear on it.

Expulsion is still on the table but it will take a majority (plus) Republican House to ever make it happen - if they ever gain the courage that is.
