We waited because even we do not believe in the scientific approach. Doing the RIGHT thing does not garner our funding!

Even before the china virus, some in the scientific community were trying to tell us that scientific studies may not be valid. The rush to first publication of a study/research has created laziness. A lot of scientists won't even peer review a study because they don't want their own studies scrutinized. Then those studies break into the political realm.
