While its all very nice and loud with plenty of hoo-ha and protesting, the majority of them will realize that they are slaved to Britain for virtually everything. Their non-EU exports/imports are hardly enough to sustain them. They need London whether they publicly admit it or not. Before any deals or agreements are made, signed, proposed, etc, they would lose Royal Navy, Royal Airforce and Army bases and all the money that entails. The Royal Navy already told Scotland its not "renting its own bases." So were Scotland to pull out of the UK, the Royal Navy (and others) would too. "North Sea Oil" is "British" meaning "London." So while Scotland dreams of an infrastructure that would enable it to pump its own oil, I think we all know that an army of Bravehearts won't make that happen.
Scotland will end up realizing that it just doesn't make enough or do enough to warrant pissing off it's main business partner. Britain's financial heart-attack has already passed. The pound is back to it's pre-BREXIT levels and nobody who was trading with Britain pre-BREXIT has gone. They are still there. Just with less refugees. The EU wanted Britain gone anyway.
