The Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) have taken back the last city controlled by ISIS in the Hasakah Province. ISIS had previously used this town as a place to train and prepare for bomb attacks. The town is strategically placed on the route between Raqqa and Mosul, making it's location of strategic importance.

Outstanding. Always glad to see someone put Daesh in Check. Disappointed I don't know more about SDF (Just because someone calls themselves "Democratic" doesn't necessarily make them Democratic).

I like the Kurds, Our ally Turkey is not to fond of the YPG though if I remember right. They consider them a Terrorist Organization.

hopefully we don't replace one bad group with another..let us hope for peace and stability and that the Kurds are accepted by the Turks and that neither side attacks the other
