Tactical training for Bees has changed a lot over the past 15 years, they have Security teams that can do shoot and move Technics and know how to conduct MOUT and clear buildings for security and encase they take contact, and have to hold out for QRF.

Warfare pin (SCWS) requirements for everyone complete ECS (Expeditionary Combat Skills Course) including shoot and move rapid shooting and change from one system to another M-4 to close contact M9 pistol. They also do Land NAV, learn CLS (Combat Life Savers) then when they get to units learn more like Setting up Fire positions Crew Served and rifle support positions, understand how to set Wire for defense and even set Claymores, have a understanding of patrolling and conducting and writing both Patrol Briefs and Convoy Briefs, we call it a S.M.E.A.C or OPORDER, also how to call for CAS (Close Air Support) and 9-Line.

CPO (Join to see) - but interopeability and using JOPP is now critical to our pre-1941 downsized military.
