I always answer the why with 'because'! We could all still be flat earthers with no concept of other continents without exploration.

Yes Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen I agree!!! We all have to think "Out of The Box" to explore as we are all explorers in one way or another, excepting, of course, the "flat earthers" who just don't think!
