Second Amendment is about service to country, not hardware

A Communist with a pen. The States created the Federal Government. The Constitution is the People’s contract on the 18 enumerated powers allowed from the People to the Federal Government not the other way around. The Bill of Rights are the Rights of we the People.

While Justice Stevens correctly notes the fear of a standing army at the time, he goes on to decry the militia as “a Relic of the 18th century.” What a crock of horse droppings. This insane notion that the 2A doesn't apply to modern firearms is utterly confusing. The 1A can apply to the internet and cell phones just fine but the 2A is for muskets only? Stupid through and through.
